 The reason I bought the Transfer Kit is that I lost all my gamesaves when the Xbox crashed and I had to send it in, with the harddrive. So I was looking for a device that could backup my savedata. The Transfer Kit does that. It's very easy to use. You put your Memory card in the USB reader, chose Backup in software and it copies the memory card to you PC. You get an image file of the card, so you can't just copy singel files. And it's as easy to restore the image back to the memory card. The Transfer Kit does what it's made for, back up your memory card. It's as easy as plug the memory card in to the kit, make a name and description and press backup. I now do this every other week, and it works very good for me. There is also an other device called XATA from Datel that can back directly from your harddrive.  |
